Dear Friends,
Like so many women, I never expected to be diagnosed with breast cancer. Getting diagnosed at a young age changed my life in ways I never could have imagined. I faced the fears, uncertainties, and challenges that come with the disease in, unfortunately, a largely private way. Balancing family, career, and the everyday realities of life instantly became overwhelming—and incredibly isolating. But through that journey, I discovered a strength I didn’t know I had. It was that strength, along with a profound personal transformation, that led me to begin this foundation.
SV4 Hope was born from my story, my family, and my desire to help the women who come after me. The name SV4 has a special personal significance—it represents the four people in my family: myself, my husband Syam, and our two children, Saajan & Shyla. They are my strength, my motivation, and my greatest hope. Through this organization, I want to instill in my children the values of kindness, compassion, and service – qualities that I’ve learned to understand and value more deeply in recent years – so that helping others becomes part of the legacy we build together as a family.
SV4 Hope was created with a mission to walk alongside young women during one of the most challenging chapters of their lives, providing not only resources and support, but also a reminder that no one has to walk this journey alone. My story is just one of many, but I believe that together, through partnership and purpose, we can build a foundation of hope that endures well beyond us.
With love and gratitude,
