• Voluntary Contributions
  Donations are made voluntarily and are not in exchange for goods or services unless explicitly stated (such as event registrations).
• Payments & Processing
  All payments are securely processed through Stripe. SV4 Hope does not store or have access to your full credit card information.
• Refund Policy
  Donations are non-refundable. Registration fees for events are also non-refundable unless the event is canceled. If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us within 7 days and we will review your request.
• Use of Funds
  Funds raised support SV4 Hope initiatives, including programs, events, and operational costs that advance our mission.
• Accuracy of Information
  You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting a form or making a payment.
• Security
  We take reasonable steps to protect your information. However, all online transactions carry some level of risk, and users submit information at their own discretion.
